| Input control voltage is divided into DC and AC control versions. It serves as Triac thyristor (general type) when output current is between 5 and 40 A and as single-phase inverse parallel AC thyristor (industrial type) when output current is between 40 and 1500 A. The later has high dv/dt and di/dt bearing capacities. Input and output are insulated by photoelectric coupler. Control methods: DC controls AC, and actuates if the value exceeds zero. Input voltage: 3 - 32 V (suggest to use 12 V), input current ≥ 8 mA, voltage: 220 V, 380 V, 480 V and high-voltage 530 V, 660 V. Our company is the earliest one who launched three-phase solid relay. At present, single-phase inverse parallel AC thyristor (industrial type) is used under the condition of high current from 40 to 150A and high voltage. Our products have such characteristics as applying high-quality imported DBC ceramic wafer by using Germany-imported facilities, welding technique under the protection of vacuum and hydrogen gas, LED for indicating connection state and safer transparent protective cover as well. The actual using current has resistance load coefficient 40% and inductive load coefficient 35% while working. Thermal conductive silicone shall be applied between solid relay and radiator. The force moment of fixing screw shall be more than 30Kg.V |
